Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Glowvei, your satisfaction means everything to us. Please read our policy below.
Order Cancellation (within 24 hours)
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After this window, your order has already entered processing and fulfillment and can no longer be cancelled.
For cancellations made within 24 hours, you will be refunded the full order amount, less the payment gateway fees (these are charged by the payment processor and are non-refundable). Any shipping charges you paid will also be refunded.
To cancel, contact us right away at hello@glowvei.com with your order number.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We want every order to arrive perfect. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery, sending a clear photo of the issue along with your order number to hello@glowvei.com.
Once confirmed, we'll make it right with one of two options (your choice): a free replacement of your original item, shipped to you at no cost — or store credit added to your account, to use whenever you wish.
Non-Returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, opened beauty and personal care products cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect as described above.
